MRINAL(SILK SAREE)
STORY:
Like Tagore’s Mrinal of Streer Patro, Mrinal is a survivor, who needs no validation from the society. Even though she is rooted in mud and surrounded by water, Mrinal pushes her way through the muddy waters to somehow find a way to bloom and grow. As her bud hits the surface of the water and drinks in the sunlight, a single petal opens, signifying an achievement. Mrinal is able to overcome all of her challenges thrown by the environment, embodying strength, intelligence and beauty.
