Shipping & Delivery policies

Shipping Policies :

DOMESTIC- 

1. Shipping within India is free irrespective of the number of items bought.
2. Orders are delivered within 3 to 4 working days. The delivery time might vary for certain products which will be specifically mentioned in the product details. 
3. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned at the time of placing the order. In case of address modifications, kindly drop us a mail at impact@apaapi.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
4. Our logistic partner within India is DTDC.  You will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to track your order on our shipping agents’ sites. 

INTERNATIONAL-

1. Standard shipping charge per order, anywhere outside India is INR 2500 irrespective of the number of items picked.
2. Any other custom charges, if applicable has to be borne by the customer.
3. Orders are delivered within 7-15 working days. The delivery time might vary for certain products which will be specifically mentioned in the product details. 
4. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned at the time of placing the order. In case of address modifications, kindly drop us a mail at impact@apaapi.com within 2 hours, of placing order.
5. Our logistic partner for international shipping is DHL. You will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to track your order on our shipping agents’ sites.
