Return and Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy :
- You can request your order cancellation through the link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1dxCybYEvskj7y1CCaZKgGXpaw3DBjTIFvt_jGHlpwwk/edit within 2 hours of placing the order.
- If you cancel an order before shipping, we will refund the entire amount immediately. Also, you can opt for credit note for future purchase, that will be also issued immediately.
- However, if the cancellation is done after the product is shipped, the shipping charges for returning the product has to be borne by customer.
- The entire refund or credit note will be processed once we receive the product at our end and quality check is completed by our team.
Return Policy :
- If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.
- If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at email@example.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product according to your request.
- Raise your return request within 48 hours of receiving the shipment through this link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1dxCybYEvskj7y1CCaZKgGXpaw3DBjTIFvt_jGHlpwwk/edit. No return request will be accepted after 48 hours of receiving the product. For any exceptional scenarios, kindly write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer
- Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
- If you opt for refund, the entire refund will be processed once we receive the product at our end and quality check is completed by our team.
- If you opt for a credit note, you will be able to use the credits for the next purchase at our store.
- Raise an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 3-5 working days. You can raise your exchange request through the link https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1dxCybYEvskj7y1CCaZKgGXpaw3DBjTIFvt_jGHlpwwk/edit.
- You will receive an approval mail from us within 24 hours if the request is accepted.
- No exchange request would be accepted if the exchange request is raised after 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Incase of exceptional cases please write to us at email@example.com
- You would be notified by us , once we receive your shipment.
- Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customised for you.
- If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
- If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be refunded back to you. You can also opt for credit note for the balance amount, which can be used for your next purchase.
NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE :
* The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
* The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
* Customised products cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged
* Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 48 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted.
* Alterations would be done only once for the blouses or customised orders, if needed. If you need any further alterations, the alteration and courier charges would have to be borne by the customer.
- If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
- If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
- If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be returned within 15 days . The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.
- Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us
- The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are non refundable
